Is This Right For Me?

How is the WINing with Wies Bratby coaching program different from other coaching programs?

Most women’s career coaching programs stop at self-discovery. You figure out what you want, identify your strengths, then you’re on your own to negotiate with your current boss or future employer.

We don’t stop there. We take you through the complete journey: from clarity about what you really want and can achieve in your career, to role co-creation, to negotiation of both the perfect setup and the salary for that role.

Traditional negotiation programs? They teach generic skills designed by men, for men. They ignore the specific barriers professional women face in the workplace and at the negotiation table.

Most coaching programs tell you “the answers are within you.” That’s partially true, and we have developed ways to find those within yourself. But it’s not enough, my darling. You also need concrete skills. That’s why our women’s career negotiation advice combines self-discovery with rigorous training in the communication and negotiation methods specifically developed for women navigating the corporate world.

Bottom line: we don’t just help you find your answer. We will teach you how to make it happen.

How do I know this is right for me?

If you’ve made it this far, feel that fire in your belly, and know deep down that you’re done playing small and ready to make a change, then you already know the answer.

This program requires commitment: the time, the energy, and yes, the financial investment. It’s not a quick fix or magic solution. And you need to be genuinely ambitious about your life and career to get the most out of it.

But if you’re ready to do what it takes to create real change? Trust your instinct, my darling. You know what you need.

I don't know what I want to do with my life - is this program for me?

You don’t need to have it all figured out. If you want to build your career within an organisation (whether that’s corporate, government, an NGO, or a start-up) our programme will help you get crystal clear on your vision.

Then we’ll teach you how to create that role through strategic career negotiation and get the salary and setup you deserve.

Not knowing exactly what you want yet? That’s precisely what we’re here for, my darling.

I'm not naturally good at networking; I see myself as introverted, I don’t enjoy it. Will this work for me?

Excellent news: we’re not teaching traditional networking. You know, that forced, transactional, “who are you and please take my business card” nonsense that makes your skin crawl.

Here’s what we teach instead: strategic relationship building with specific decision-makers who can create opportunities for you. It’s not about collecting business cards or getting thousands of shallow LinkedIn connections. It’s about identifying the people who actually matter for your next career move and engaging them in meaningful, purposeful conversations. This is targeted. Intentional. And much less overwhelming than typical networking advice.

Most importantly, in my methodology, the focus is not on you but on the person you’re speaking to. This nean there’s much less pressure on you to perform. Plus, I give you the exact frameworks for these conversations: what to say, how to say it, how to follow up. You’re not left to figure it out yourself or “just be authentic” (whatever that means).

You don’t need to be naturally good at networking, my darling. You need to be strategic about it. And strategic is something I can absolutely teach you. Many WOAsers identify as introverts and they all love this approach.

I don't have a network in this country/industry I want to work in - will the program help me?

Absolutely. The strategic relationship building we teach works whether you’re starting from zero or expanding an existing network. You don’t need connections to begin, you need a strategy for building them.

We’ll show you how to identify the right decision-makers in your target industry or country, how to reach them in a way that they want to speak with you, and how to have conversations that create genuine opportunities. This isn’t about who you already know. It’s about learning how to strategically connect with the people who matter for your career advancement.

Plus, you’ll gain access to our powerful network of WOAsers across the globe in all major industries – it’s like a built-in network that you will have direct access to. These women are generous and genuinely invested in supporting each other’s success.

What if I've already tried other career coaches and it didn't work?

That’s actually really common among WOAsers. Many come to me frustrated because previous coaching felt vague, too “woo-woo,” or didn’t address the specific challenges women face when negotiating their worth. And they didn’t get the results, hence why they’re still searching for a solution and come to me.

Here’s why it probably didn’t work:

They focused on mindset without methodology. Believing in yourself is necessary but not sufficient. You also need concrete skills and proven frameworks for career advancement. We give you both.

They focused on the skills but not the confidence. Much negotiation training teaches you to negotiate on behalf of others: your company, your team, etc. We focus on the much more difficult type where you need to negotiate on your own behalf. Plus, if you don’t cultivate the confidence to step up in your career, you will negotiate a role that’s too small for you.

They used generic negotiation strategies. Most negotiation training is designed by and for men. It doesn’t account for the likability penalty, the double bind, or the backlash effects professional women face. Our strategies are specifically designed for the realities women navigate.

They stopped at discovery. Many coaches help you figure out what you want, then leave you to execute it yourself. We take you all the way through: from clarity to role co-creation to negotiation.

They didn’t give you the words. “Be confident!” “Know your worth!” Great. But what do you actually say? I give you scripts, conversation frameworks, and specific language that works.

So if previous coaching didn’t deliver, that’s not a reflection on you, my darling. It’s a reflection on an approach that wasn’t built for what you actually need.

This is different. And you’ll feel the difference from week one.

What if I'm in a male-dominated industry?

Even better. Seriously.

Here’s why: our negotiation strategies for women are particularly powerful in male-dominated fields where women face the strongest biases.

The challenges you’re experiencing (being interrupted, having your ideas ignored then praised when a man repeats them, being told you need “more executive presence,” watching less qualified men get promoted past you) aren’t bugs in male-dominated industries. They’re features.

And that’s exactly why you need strategies specifically designed to navigate these dynamics.

I’m not going to tell you it’s fair. It’s not. But I will teach you how to succeed anyway, without dimming your light, without playing small, and without choosing between being liked and being respected.

WOAsers in tech, finance, engineering, manufacturing, logistics and other heavily male industries report that the frameworks we teach completely changed how they show up and how they’re perceived. Not because they became different people, but because they learned to position their value in ways that resonate with decision-makers.

You don’t need to fix male-dominated industries (though God knows they need fixing). You need to advance your career now, in the environment that exists. We’ll teach you how, my darling.

I'm afraid of negotiating. I've never really negotiated before. Can I still do this?

Absolutely yes, my darling.

First, that fear you’re feeling? That’s not weakness. That’s conditioning. We’ve been socialised since childhood to be accommodating, not demanding. To accept what we’re offered gratefully, not to ask for more. So of course negotiating feels scary: you’re going against decades of messaging that told you advocating for yourself is selfish or aggressive.

It’s not you. It’s the system. And we’re going to change how you navigate it.

Here’s what I see constantly: women who are brilliant advocates for others (for their teams, their projects, their companies) but completely fall apart when it’s time to advocate for themselves. Does that sound familiar?

The good news: if you can advocate for others, you can learn to advocate for yourself. It’s just a different muscle, and we’re going to build it together.

We start with the internal work. Before you negotiate externally, we address what’s blocking you internally: the limiting beliefs, the fear of rejection, the worry about being “too much” or “not enough.”

We give you the exact words. You won’t be improvising. I provide scripts, frameworks, and specific language that works for professional women negotiating their worth. You’ll practise these in our group calls repeatedly until they feel natural.

We address the gender dynamics directly. Research proves negotiation is harder for women. Women face backlash for the same behaviours that earn men respect. So we teach you strategies that work within these realities while still getting you what you deserve.

By the end of my program, you won’t just negotiate once. You’ll have the skills and confidence to negotiate throughout your entire career.

The fear doesn’t have to disappear for you to be successful. You just need to learn to negotiate anyway. And that’s exactly what we’ll teach you.

I just want some quick 'n dirty tips and tricks to increase my salary - is this the program for me?

No.

Here’s the truth: quick fixes don’t work. Tips and tricks might get you a small bump once, but they won’t change the trajectory of your career at the level I know is possible for you.

Real career advancement isn’t about hacks. Real negotiation success isn’t achieved through tips. It’s about transforming how you communicate your value, how you position yourself, and how you show up at the table.

That takes real work.

The Women of Agency program is transformational in nature. If you’re looking for fast and easy answers, we’re not the right fit to work together.

But if you want sustainable results that transform your earning potential and exceed your expectations (and you’re willing to do the work) then yes, my darling, this program is for you.

I have a lot of mindset stuff I need to work on. Should I do that first?

Oh darling, no. You don’t need to fix yourself before joining. Working on your mindset is what we do together.

Here’s the thing: if career was just about working hard and being great at your job, you’d already have the career and salary you deserve. The real block isn’t your skills. It’s your confidence, your limiting beliefs, impostor syndrome, fear of rejection, fear of confrontation. That’s what’s actually holding you back.

And that’s exactly why mindset work is at the core of the Women of Agency program.

I’m not a licensed therapist, but I’ve spent years developing methods specifically for women navigating these challenges in corporate environments. I bring my own experience and the proven strategies that have worked for hundreds of WOAsers who’ve faced exactly the mindset hurdles you’re facing.

What's the investment? / How much does the program cost?

We’re selective about who we work with. We only take on clients who show they are genuinely committed to changing their current situation. This isn’t about credentials or background; it’s about readiness to do the work.

And here’s what matters: the average WOAser increases their salary by 93%. That’s not a typo. Even if you achieved half that, or a quarter, the ROI is immediate and compounds over your entire career.

And by however much you increase your salary – that amount comes back every single year that you work after that. This means you will increase your lifetime earnings by hundreds of thousands to millions of pounds, euros, or francs, as you can check in our salary calculator.

But more importantly than the money: we’re building a foundation for a whole new life, a whole new you, where you are confident and in charge of your career.

We will discuss the exact investment based on your specific situation during your strategy session if we assess – based on your current situation – we’re 100% sure we can help you succeed at achieving your goals. We can then also cover available payment options that work for you.

The real question isn’t “Can I afford this?” It’s “Can I afford not to invest in finally getting what I deserve?”

I don't have a job right now - is this program what I need?

Absolutely, my darling. A significant portion of WOAsers join whilst they’re in between roles, and they’re often the ones who see the fastest, most dramatic results.

Here’s why: you’re not trying to fit this work around an exhausting full-time job. You can dedicate proper time and energy to creating your next role strategically, rather than desperately applying to hundreds of posted positions and hoping something sticks.
And let’s be honest about what traditional job searching looks like when you’re unemployed: send CV after CV into the void, get rejected or ghosted, feel increasingly desperate, eventually settle for something that’s “fine for now.” Sound familiar?

We do the complete opposite.

The WOA methodology turns traditional recruitment on its head. Instead of competing with hundreds of other applicants for roles that already exist, we teach you how to co-create roles with decision-makers at your target companies. You’re not waiting to be chosen. You’re positioning yourself as the obvious solution to problems they’re actively facing.

Whether you want to find an existing advertised role and position yourself as the standout candidate, or create something entirely new that didn’t exist before you started the conversation, we’ll show you exactly how to do it.

The program works brilliantly for women between jobs as long as you’re committed to doing the work and you’re genuinely ambitious about what comes next. If you’re ready to build a career that actually excites you rather than just accepting whatever’s available? This is exactly what you need.

I just lack leadership presence - is this program still for me?

Oh darling, let’s talk about “leadership presence” for a moment.

That phrase is often code for “you don’t look or sound like the men who currently hold leadership positions here.” It’s used to keep women out of rooms we absolutely belong in. And worse, it makes us believe the problem is us, not the bias.

But here’s the real issue: if people in your organisation believe you lack leadership presence, they won’t promote you. And this doesn’t just hurt you at promotion time. It affects how you’re perceived in every meeting, every interaction, every opportunity.

Plus, here’s what makes it particularly treacherous for women: we’re constantly walking a tightrope. Too assertive? Aggressive. Too collaborative? Weak. We feel like we have to choose between being nice or being strong, between being liked or being respected. It’s an impossible bind, and it’s exhausting.

The good news? I can teach you how to navigate these treacherous waters whilst staying authentically yourself.

In the program, you’ll learn how to communicate with conviction and authority in ways that work for you, not some manufactured version of “executive presence” that requires you to perform being someone else. You’ll learn how to position yourself strategically, how to engage stakeholders effectively, how to command respect without sacrificing your authentic self.

These skills don’t just help you get promoted. They transform how you show up in everyday meetings, interactions, negotiations. They change how people perceive and respond to you across the board.

So if you’ve been told you lack leadership presence? Perfect. Let’s fix the real problem, which isn’t you. It’s how you’ve been taught to navigate workplace dynamics that were built for men. And I know exactly how to teach you to succeed within them anyway.

I just want a promotion in my current company - is this program right for me?

Here’s what I want you to consider: if getting promoted was just about doing great work and waiting your turn, you’d already have that damn title you deserve.

The fact that you’re still waiting tells me you need something this program teaches: strategic positioning, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to articulate and negotiate your value in ways that actually get you promoted.

Now, you might be thinking “this seems like overkill for just a promotion.” But here’s what you need to understand: the skills we teach aren’t just about getting one promotion. They’re about fundamentally changing how you navigate workplace politics and advance your career for the rest of your working life.

Yes, we’ll help you get that promotion. We’ll teach you how to position yourself before opportunities are announced, how to engage the right decision-makers, how to make yourself the obvious choice, and how to negotiate the setup and salary you deserve once you get it.

But the real value? These skills work beyond that single promotion. They work in every meeting where you need to influence outcomes. In every interaction where you’re building your reputation. In every future opportunity where you need to advocate for yourself.

You’ll learn how to co-create expanded roles, how to communicate convincingly whilst staying authentically you, how to navigate the double binds women face when advocating for themselves. These aren’t skills for one promotion. They’re skills for a lifetime of career advancement.

And the program will teach you how to navigate internal politics with ease and authenticity. How to understand the politics and how to have some fun with it.

So if you just want a promotion in your current company? Yes, this program is absolutely right for you. But I promise you’ll walk away with so much more than that single step up. You’ll have the tools to keep climbing, strategically and successfully, for your entire career.

I've been told I lack leadership / executive presence - can this program help me?

First, let’s name what’s often happening here: “executive presence” feedback for women is frequently coded language. What’s really being said is “you don’t fit our (male) template of what leadership looks like.” It’s frustrating, it feels unfair, and you’re not imagining it.

But here’s the truth: you don’t lack executive presence. You’ve never been taught how to communicate it in a way that gets recognised in corporate environments.

And that’s exactly what this program teaches you.

The entire program is built around confidence building and the communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal) that create undeniable impact. We work on your body language, your voice and tone, how you command a room. We teach you stakeholder management, strategic positioning, and how to advocate for yourself without apology or hesitation.

This is one of the most common objections we hear from women joining the program, and we overcome it consistently. You can absolutely learn this. In fact, once you understand the mechanics of executive presence, you’ll realise you’ve had the capability all along. You just needed the right tools.

Making It Work With Your Life

I'm really busy. What if I don't have time?

Let’s be honest: transformation is an intense process. If you can’t commit at least 5-10 hours a week to working on your career, rather than just in it, this isn’t the time.

Here’s the real question: how much longer can you afford not to have the career and salary you deserve?

There will never be a perfect time. If you are committed to success, you will find a way to make it happen.

The practical part: the program is built for busy women. You can do the work whenever and wherever you want. All you need is wifi. Team calls happen weekly at set times with recordings available if you can’t make it live.

And you get access to the program materials for three months after graduation. This isn’t a “finish in 12 weeks and you’re done” program. You can revisit the materials, rewatch the call recordings, and use the frameworks. Plus I run recorded Q&A sessions every month where you have access to me to answer questions.

A lot of the hours spent on the program are entirely flexible. You work through materials, complete exercises, and implement strategies on your own schedule. The Team Calls happen at set times (and showing up live is where the magic happens), but if you can’t make it? Every call is recorded. The Personal Coaching Calls can often be scheduled around your needs, too.

And let’s be real, my darling: these hours pale in comparison to the many thousands of hours you have invested into your education and your career up til now.

Can I do this program while working full-time?

Absolutely. Most WOAsers are working full-time when they join. That’s precisely why they need the program.

The structure is designed for this. You’ll need 5-10 hours a week, but most of that is flexible time you control. The two weekly Team Calls are scheduled, but everything else happens on your timeline.

Think of it this way, my darling: you’re currently spending 40+ hours a week in a career that isn’t serving you fully. Investing a couple of hours a week to transform that? It’s the best ROI you will ever get.

I have an interview / negotiation opportunity coming up really soon, I don't have twelve weeks! Can I still join?

Yes, we can often make this work if you’re ready to commit to doing part of the program at an accelerated pace.

We can typically get you started within 24 hours of your application and frontload the materials and exercises you need for your immediate situation. We’ll book the personal coaching calls around your needs too. But here’s what you need to know: the workload will be intense.

The upside? Once you’ve handled your urgent negotiation, you can work through the rest of the program at a more leisurely pace, ongoing support, and everything else the program offers.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, absolutely. We offer flexible payment options because I understand the challenge of needing investment capital to access the training that will multiply your earning power.

I don’t want money to be the reason you stay stuck in a role that undervalues you. That said, the investment should feel significant enough that you are committed to doing the work and getting results.

If we invite you into the program, we will discuss payment options and find an arrangement that works for both of us.

The Program Details

Do I need to be planning to leave my current company?

Not at all, my darling. Many (actually, most) WOAsers use these strategies within their current organisations to see what is possible for them where they are. Only if you’re currently in a toxic work environment do I advise focusing on getting out of there ASAP, for example through a great exit negotiation that I can help you with, and moving on to greener, healthier pastures externally.

Here’s the beautiful thing about the WOA methodology: it works whether you’re staying or leaving.

If you are staying: you will learn to create expanded roles, negotiate promotions, position yourself for opportunities before they are announced, and build strategic relationships with decision-makers inside your company. Some of the biggest wins I’ve seen have been WOAsers completely transforming their careers without ever changing employers.

If you are leaving: obviously, we will teach you how to co-create roles at your target companies, bypass traditional recruitment, and negotiate offers that make you wonder why you didn’t do this years ago.

If you don’t know yet: that’s completely fine. We will get clear on what makes most sense in your situation, then build the strategy from there.

The skills you learn (stakeholder engagement, value articulation, strategic positioning, negotiation to name just a few) work in any scenario. You are not locked into one path.

I work in a start-up / NGO / governmental body / academia - does the program also work for me?

Absolutely. In fact, in those cases, the skills I teach are especially crucial for you.

Here’s why: in traditionally underpaid sectors, there’s a dangerous myth that “there’s no budget” or “everyone earns the same.” That’s exactly the trap you can’t afford to fall for.

There’s always room to negotiate. You just need to know how to do it strategically. Women in these fields need to negotiate harder and smarter, not accept less because of the sector they are in.

We have WOAsers coming from (and going into) all of these environments, and they’re creating brilliant careers and salaries that reflect their worth.

I'm an entrepreneur - does the program also work for me?

Whilst there is a lot of overlap between women in corporate and women who run businesses, the Women of Agency Professionals program is meant only for women who are or want to be employed.

If you are a woman entrepreneur with a service-based business, I recommend you sign up to the waitlist to be notified when we restart the Women of Agency Entrepreneurs program.

How long is the program?

The core program is 12 weeks. and after this, you will have all the clarity, skills and confidence you need to co-create your unicorn role and negotiate your salary and set up successfully. But whether you manage to actually succeed during the program, or you take longer to make it all happen, you will want to continue that upwards trajectory forever more. Once you know how the game is played, you never stop playing it… For that reason alone, we give you lifetime access to all the program materials, call recordings, the network, plus monthly graduate calls with me.. Your investment doesn’t expire -this supports your entire career trajectory, not just one job change.

How does the network help? Can you give examples?

The 800+ women network is honestly one of the most unexpected and most valued parts of the program. Let me give you real examples of how this works:

Board introductions: one WOAser was introduced through the network to a board member at her target company. That introduction led to a C-suite role that was created specifically for her. This literally wouldn’t have happened through traditional job searching.

Inside information: another WOAser connected with someone in her target industry who gave her advance notice about an organisational restructure that wasn’t public yet. This allowed her to position herself perfectly before roles were even announced.

Door opening: WOAsers regularly make introductions for each other, to hiring managers, to potential clients, to influential stakeholders. Someone will post in the community, “I’m interested in moving into fintech, does anyone have connections?” and within hours, she will have various introductions set up.

Honest feedback: before big negotiations or important conversations, WOAsers test their positioning and language with the community. They get immediate, honest feedback from professional women who’ve been there and who know the WOA methodology.

Sisterhood: I know, I know, it’s an overused term. But I don’t know a better word to describe the downright freaking love that WOAsers have for one another. For how they show up for one another. For how they open their arms and hearts for one another. For what they give to one another. WOAsers are the best and I am so proud of our community!

This isn’t networking in the typical sense. It’s genuine sisterhood. Women actively helping each other win. And it doesn’t end when the program does. Graduates stick around for one another, including sending the elevator back down for newer WOAsers.

Who’s Involved & How It Works

When does the program start?

We have a rolling entry, meaning you can choose when works best for you to get started.

If you have an urgent negotiation or opportunity you want my support on, we can often accommodate a faster start, sometimes within 24 hours of having spoken.

The first step is booking your clarity call where we will discuss your situation and if you’re invited, what timing works best for you.

Who does the coaching?

You work with me, Wies Bratby, throughout the program. I lead all the training sessions and I run every single Team Call (twice weekly, minimum two hours each), from start to finish. I haven’t missed a single one since the program’s inception!

Here’s how we’ve structured the support intentionally:

Personal Strategy Session: also run by me where we map out your specific situation and build out your exact action plan for career advancement.

Personal Mindset Session: Sandra brings a powerful combination of senior HR experience in corporate and executive coaching expertise. She understands the internal game professional women face and knows how to shift it.

Accountability and implementation: Danae has extensive experience in graduate education and keeps you on track between group calls, ensuring you are actually doing the work and moving forward.

Can I just take some individual coaching calls with you?

No, I don’t offer standalone private coaching outside of the program.

Here’s why: the complete methodology is what gets you results. The combination of frameworks, mindset work, community support, and structured implementation, that’s what creates transformation for professional women negotiating their worth.

Here’s how you work with me:

The program includes a personal strategy call with me where we take everything you have learnt from the materials and Team Calls and build a tailor-made strategy specifically for you. If you need more strategic support beyond that, you can book extra personal coaching calls with me during the program, though this is hardly ever necessary as the materials and the group calls do the heavy lifting.

Once you have completed the program, you can also add more private coaching calls with me if you want ongoing support.

The path to working with me one-on-one goes through the program. That’s how I ensure you get the transformation you are after, not just temporary help.

How many people are in the group?

Group size typically ranges from 15-25 women. As I intentionally curate who joins and when, this isn’t a mass program, it’s selective.

What I guarantee: you will get individual support and personalised feedback, regardless of the group size. You won’t get lost in the crowd.

And here’s what the group gives you: diverse perspectives from women across different industries and roles, peer support from others who understand exactly what you’re navigating, a powerful network of professional women, and built-in accountability to keep you moving forward.

So you get both: my direct attention and the strength of the community.

When do the group calls take place?

The Team Calls with the other WOAsers currently in the program are scheduled at times to accommodate international participants across time zones.

One on Tuesdays at 8pm and one on Thursdays at 1pm both Amsterdam time.

Whilst you are encouraged to attend these live (hello, inspiration boost!), they are not obligatory. We record all calls and you will have access to these recordings forever in case you have to miss part of a session.

Do I keep access to the materials after the end of the program?

Yes, you will have access to the Women In Negotiation learning platform and all materials for a further 3 months after you course finish date.

Plus, also you get lifetime access to monthly graduate Q&A recorded sessions where you can and ask you specific questions to me in advance.

We also have ongoing support programs exclusive to our graduates in smaller group settings, live events and meet ups around the world.

Results & What To Expect

When can I expect to see results?

Most WOAsers report serious shifts in their mindset and approach within the first week. You’ll feel different before your circumstances change, more confident, clearer, bolder in how you show up.

We have had WOAsers go from no job despite hundreds of rejected applications to a signed contract within 20 days of joining the program.

And you won’t be waiting around for transformation to happen to you. You will have an action plan from day one. You will be implementing strategies, practising new approaches, and taking concrete steps towards your goals immediately. This isn’t a program you passively consume. It’s one you actively use.

How quickly you see external results (the new role, the salary increase, the promotion) depends on where you’re starting and where you’re headed. But the internal shift? That starts straight away.

What results do your clients typically achieve?

Let me give you the numbers, because they speak for themselves:

The average salary increase WOAsers have achieved was 93%. On average, they almost doubled their salaries through the program.

But here’s what that really means beyond the numbers:

  • WOAsers are creating roles that didn’t exist before they started the conversation through strategic role co-creation
  • They’re skipping 1-2 levels in their career progression (Director to VP, bypassing Senior Director entirely)
  • They’re landing roles at companies they specifically targeted, not just whatever was available
  • They’re building work setups that actually support their lives, not consume them

And it’s not just about money (though that’s life-changing). WOAsers report dramatically improved confidence, better relationships at work, more impact and influence, and work they actually enjoy because they co-designed it. They even share about better relationships and more satisfaction with their home life, too. The strategies I teach work at the kitchen table, too!

Here’s what I know: if you show up, do the work, and commit to the process, you will get results. That’s why I’m selective about who I work with. I protect those stats fiercely, and I only work with women who are ready to claim their agency.
